We've introduced a fresh new look with easy navigation, updated security and enhanced mobile access. The layout of Online Banking is now even more inviting, making it easier for you to navigate, transact on your account and find the information you need whenever it suits you. There are a number of enhancements to Online Banking, aimed at improving the way you interact with us. The following information lists the main changes we've made.

Welcome to our all new online banking. Enjoy a fresh look and feel with updated technology, enhanced menus and improved security. Let's take you through it. When you get to the log on page, you'll see a brand new log on view with four handy quick links. Changing your password is now much easier. Click on 'Forgotten Password' and follow the prompts. Enter your customer number, date of birth and an SMS authentication code, and your new password will be set to go.
You'll notice an updated home page layout including, Horizontal Navigation with enhanced menus. Accounts, Transfers & Payments, Batch Payments, Messages and Other Services.
My Profile, will keep your personal information up to date and the Help tab will assist with easy navigation. You can personalise your page view with the Font Increase tool or, access four essential quick links for your Payments and Transactions, and a new Actions tab for account shortcuts. There are also some new and renamed tabs such as, Closed Accounts, Pay Anyone, and Future Payments. An Alerts function, allows you to set your preferences and the What's New tab outlines all new features, improvements and bug fixes. There are plenty of other new features to enjoy with our easier, simpler and more engaging online banking experience.
