Future changes that will impact customers
In late 2025, Adelaide Bank products and services will be transitioned to equivalent Bendigo Bank products and services.
We’re making this important change as part of our commitment to improve and simplify our business. This will ensure we deliver you a better banking experience.
This will affect all customers with Adelaide Bank accounts, whether you deal directly with us, or through a broker or third party.
In April 2025 you’ll receive a letter outlining more details about the changes and explaining the next steps.

If you have an existing Adelaide Bank account, then you should receive a letter. If you have an Adelaide Bank account but have recently changed address or haven’t received anything by 30 April 2025, please contact us on:
(08) 8201 9868 for Adelaide Cash Management accounts or Money Market Term Deposits,
(08) 8201 9866 for any other Adelaide Bank products.
These changes will occur later in 2025, and right now, there is nothing you need to do. We’re determined to make this transition as smooth as possible for you, and you’ll be kept updated every step of the way. Future communications and updates will provide more detail of the specific changes.
You may have received multiple letters if you have accounts with us under different structures. This may include:
- through different third parties;
- different relationships on accounts, such as joint accounts.
In the months following the first customer letter, you’ll receive more information. This will provide details about specific accounts and the next steps in the process.
